Losing Belly Fat With a belly fat workout for women

While women are more prone to belly fat after having a baby or during menopause, excessive consumption and a sedentary lifestyle can quickly give them apple-shaped bodies. Belly fat is deposited when the amount of calories that you get from the food that you eat is not balanced with the amount of calories burned by your physical activities. Today women take in a lot of calories in the form of snacks, grains, and sugars, these are then broken down into simple carbohydrates that lack nutritional value and end up getting deposited as belly fat or visceral fat. So how do you lose these belly fat? Here is some effective belly fat workout for women

Jogging exercises on the treadmill or just in nature is a great way to burn belly fat. It consists of a warming up, then followed by a walking, jogging or running followed by cooling down. The key is to increase the heart rate, so you burn a lot of calories for a short period, followed by a rest period.

For example, if your workout is 25 minutes long, then break up the workout into 2-3 minute periods. The first 2 minutes could be a very light warm-up, followed by 3 minutes of the high-intensity period, then again followed by a 2-minute rest. The goal is to bring your heart rate to around 80-90% of your maximum heart rate and 50-60% during the recovery periods.

If you're not in great shape then obviously the high-intensity period should be shorter. For example, you could do 1 minute of high intensity followed by 2-3 minutes of recovery. So find the right intervals that work for you, they may be shorter or longer, but it does not matter, as long as you give 100% of yourself. Also, analyze your every workout, find out how many calories you burned, what was your max pulse, your minimum pulse, how long was the exercise, how did you feel and so on. The more feedback you get, the more right changes you can make if you have to. Watching a video from a fitness instructor will also help you diversify your belly fat burning exercises and raise the rate of fat loss

Once you've begun to shed the belly fat, abdominal workouts will help to tone the stomach muscles that have been hiding behind your belly fat. Crunches, sit-ups, and leg lifts will all help to tone and strengthen your stomach. They will help you get a flat stomach that you have been looking for.
